Sarah Tainter, MS, LMHC,PLLC
Sarah is a 2004 graduate of Central Washington University's Masters of Counseling Psychology program. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington (License #LH00010427), a Mental Health Professional (MHP), and a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS).
Sarah has worked in the area of child and family counseling since 2004 focusing on children ages two through teenage experiencing trauma, abuse, and grief/loss. Working with individuals dealing with depression and anxiety are also a passion. Evidence based practices as well as "out of the box" techniques are a cornerstone of Sarah's counseling style.
Prior work experience includes four years with Central Youth and Family Services in downtown Seattle as well as two years with Seattle Mental Health (now Sound Mental Health). Sarah has extensive experience working in and with schools providing outreach mental health services and educational advocacy.
